Return and Refund Policy
Returns
All products sold can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Retail Trade Law.
Prior to the return, the customer must indicate their intention via email. Queserías de Zamora S.A will respond with another email specifying the precise instructions for the product return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund to the customer’s account, as a result of this return, will be made within 7 days of the receipt of the goods by Queserías de Zamora S.A.
Products must be returned in proper cold storage conditions. They should be sent to the location specified by Queserías de Zamora S.A in the specific instructions for the return of the product sent by email. A refund will be issued for the returned kilos of cheese, provided that the cheese’s condition allows for consumption: free from foreign substances, clean cheese, and good handling practices.
If the return is not accepted by the supplier due to the understanding that the product intended for return has been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from the return.
Packages without any identifying element (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect cold storage condition.
Through Queserías de Zamora S.A, returns of purchased products can be made for the amount of the products. Once the returned product(s) are received, Queserías de Zamora S.A will verify they are in good condition and proceed to refund the paid amount, minus shipping costs (€8.95 including VAT), regardless of the returned product’s price.
Anyone returning their product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount.
