Order Modalities and Pricing

Customers can place all their orders through our website: www.marcosconde.com.

Each customer declares that they are fully capable of using credit cards and that these cards have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products from Queserías de Zamora S.A.

By pressing the “Pay” button during the checkout process, the customer agrees to accept fully and without reservation all of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by Queserías de Zamora S.A serves as proof of transactions made between Queserías de Zamora S.A and its Private Community members. Queserías de Zamora S.A will confirm your order via email.

The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed no later than upon delivery.

Our product prices include all taxes but do not cover transportation costs.

Queserías de Zamora S.A reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to product availability), unless there is a manifest typographical error.

Products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been made.

Queserías de Zamora S.A reserves the right to reject an order from any member with whom there is a dispute.

Availability

Queserías de Zamora S.A will do its best to fulfill all customer demands for products.

In the event of product unavailability after placing an order, the customer will be informed via email of the cancellation.

The speed of the refund to the customer’s bank account will depend on the type of credit card and the conditions of each bank. These timelines are specified in the “Delivery” clause.

Payment

Credit Card Payment:

Payments are made by credit card. Accepted credit cards are: Visa and MasterCard. The purchase amount will be charged to the customer’s bank account within 4 to 7 days from the date of the order and will be considered effective after confirmation by the payment centers.

If the POS (Point of Sale) informs of a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed online of this cancellation.

Bank Transfer:

This payment method incurs no cost for the customer.

The refund amount will be charged to the account specified by the customer.

To process an invoice payment, the following must be included:
– Invoice number
– Name of the person making the payment
– Payment should be directed to Queserías de Zamora S.A at the account number provided by the company
– Send proof of payment to the email with the subject “Proof of Payment”

PayPal:

In this payment method, charges will be applied as per the agreement with PayPal, and any refunds will also be processed via PayPal.

This method incurs no cost for the customer.

Security

For your security, Queserías de Zamora S.A relies on a secure payment gateway for credit card transactions.

Bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers and are then verified with the issuing bank to prevent potential fraud and abuse.

Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the banking details associated with these payment methods, so Queserías de Zamora S.A does not know or record these details during the payment operation.

Delivery

The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where they will be dispatched to the address specified by the buyer. The buyer will receive an email every time an order is shipped.

Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at Queserías de Zamora S.A once payment is confirmed, and it can be viewed via the link: “My Orders” after the email is issued. This original purchase order includes delivery charges and VAT.

Queserías de Zamora S.A will ask customers to choose the delivery location, specifying their home, office, or center where they want the product delivered. Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours for mainland shipments and 5 to 10 business days for shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Queserías de Zamora S.A will notify the customer of the order’s departure from the distribution warehouse via email.

Each delivery is considered completed once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as documented by the carrier’s control system. The recipient is responsible for inspecting the order upon delivery and making any necessary reservations or claims, including rejecting the package if it appears to have been opened or shows visible signs of damage.

Reservations and claims should be addressed to Queserías de Zamora S.A via email to the address found on Queserías de Zamora S.A’s website.

Returns

All products sold can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the Spanish Retail Trade Law.

Before returning a product, the customer must indicate their intention via email. Queserías de Zamora S.A will respond with an email detailing the exact instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds to the customer’s account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by Queserías de Zamora S.A.

Products must be returned properly preserved in cold conditions. They should be sent to the location specified by Queserías de Zamora S.A in the return instructions sent by email. Only returned cheese weights will be refunded, provided the cheese is suitable for consumption: free from foreign substances, clean, and handled with good practices.

If the return is not accepted by the supplier because the product was used, the products will remain at the distribution warehouse for collection by the customer for a period not exceeding thirty days from the return date.

Packages that do not include identifying elements (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the sender, who must ensure that the goods are returned securely and in conditions that ensure the merchandise arrives in perfect condition (cold).

Queserías de Zamora S.A accepts returns of purchased products for the amount of the products. Once the returned products are received, Queserías de Zamora S.A will verify their condition and proceed with the refund of the paid amount minus shipping costs (€8.95 including VAT), regardless of the amount of the returned product.

Anyone who returns a product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount.

Warranty

Warranties and after-sales services are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this regulation, the seller is obligated to deliver products to the consumer and user that comply with the contract, responding to any non-compliance. The consumer and user have the right to product repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract resolution.

Liability, Disputes, and Applicable Law

Queserías de Zamora S.A cannot be held liable for breach of contract in cases of stock rupture or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal and transportation services and/or communications, flooding, or fire. In the event of a dispute, the member should first contact Queserías de Zamora S.A to seek an amicable resolution.

Madrid Courts are the sole competent authorities. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be interpreted in Spanish and governed by Spanish law. Any disagreements arising regarding their validity, interpretation, or execution will be submitted to the Madrid Courts, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly granted.

Modification of General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Queserías de Zamora S.A reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale without prior notice, including changes, deletions, or additions to the contents and services provided through the site, as well as how they are presented or located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the User each time they make a purchase through the Queserías de Zamora S.A website.

Members of the “Private Community of Queserías de Zamora S.A” who do not agree with the modifications to the General Terms and Conditions must notify it and, from the date the new version takes effect, must stop using Queserías de Zamora S.A services. If any of the terms of the General Conditions are illegal or unenforceable, they will be deemed void and the parties’ agreement will apply, and in default, the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code.
