Shipping Method
Delivery Process
The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where they will be dispatched to the final address specified by the buyer. The buyer will receive an email notification each time an order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the total order cost.
Order Confirmation
The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at Queserías de Zamora S.A once payment is confirmed. It can be viewed through the link: “My Orders” after the email confirmation is sent. This original purchase order includes delivery charges and VAT.
Delivery Location
Queserías de Zamora S.A requests that customers specify the delivery location, whether it is a home, office, or another designated location. Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours for mainland Spain and 5 to 10 business days for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Queserías de Zamora S.A will inform the customer via email when the order has left the distribution warehouse.
Delivery Completion
Each delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as recorded by the carrier’s tracking system. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the order upon delivery and make any necessary reservations or claims. The recipient may reject the package if it has been opened or shows clear signs of damage.
